- supplying everything you need to easily fill positions yourself, without using agencies
- even more, we can get your vacancies directly from your website so don't need do anything to advertise your jobs
Recruitment Outsourcing (RPO / HRO)
We welcome Recruitment Outsourcing companies (RPO / HRO) as long as they fully represent their clients. Here is how we understand 'fully represent their clients':
- if job ad contains logo of your client, name of your client and applications delivered directly to your client (after your filtering / processing) - you are Recruitment Outsourcing and welcome to advertise your jobs here.
- if job ad contains no your client name and you retain all ad responses - you are considered as Employment Agency / Employment Business and are not allowed to advertise here.
For Agencies
We do understand that in many cases it is possible to find right candidate only through agency. Some people can only be headhunted and some companies work only through agencies. Please use other job boards to advertise your vacancies. Thank you for understanding.
